DESCRIPTION
The REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM) is the largest real estate trade association in Sarasota and Manatee counties, serving over 8,500 members. RASM provides technology, training, networking, and business support to members, and supports a healthy real estate market by upholding high professional and ethical standards through a Code of Ethics, ongoing education, and certification programs. As the advocate for the real estate brokerage industry, RASM is the Voice for Real Estate® in the two-county region.

RASM proactively monitors local legislation and regulatory policy and advocates to protect members’ ability to conduct business, private property rights, and property owners.
MARKET INFORMATION
Monthly residential statistics keep the community and members informed on the housing market. Education Continuing Education (CE) and ongoing professional development classes keep members informed and up to date on licensing requirements.

RASM enforces the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, ensuring that members maintain a high standard of professional excellence.
