Executive Committee
Functions:
1. Makes decision for the board in the event of an emergency and then notifies the rest of the board of the emergency as soon as possible and informs the board of the committee’s action.
2. Serves as a sounding board for the chair.
3. Serves as a sounding board for the chief executive.
4. Evaluates and determines the compensation for the chief executive.
